2. Yeah, I heard that story this morning.
That's pretty foul. I mean I suppose there's no law against it, but it just shows you how little they care any more about how things look. They're treating the Democrats as if they don't even work there any more.

Sigh,

The Plaid Adder

5. Democrats must use some LEGAL means to PROTEST and STOP this
type of slime. The constitution and the rules of congress must provide for a situation like this?

13. "They're treating the Democrats as if they don't even work there any more"
There aren't many dems who do. It seems to me most dem politicians on the hill are cowed by the right wingers. Some of them are so conservative, they should just switch parties.

We need a lot more righteous liberal outrage out of our dem politicians.

11. Kinda' makes it look as if we now live under a one-party rule, huh.
Seriously, this is shocking and despicable. None of the Republicans will have room to complain about the "blowback" they will someday suffer as a result of their appalling behavior.

10. But at the end of the day...
What would Condi really offer that's of any value, whatsoever? Just more talking out of her ass, and then a staffer spends the rest of the day fact-checking to confirm what she told them.

It's crummy behavior, true, but we shouldn't be surprised by these reindeer games anymore.

I think the Dems could turn this around. "We've heard it all before, there's really no point in going through the motions anymore with Ms. Rice."

12. Sorry, I don't agree
That would be like African Americans saying that they prefer to go in the back door.

The Republicans are treating the Dems just the way the segregationists treated blacks.
