Poll: Iraqis out of patience
Funny, same poll, but the Corporate Neocon Network (CNN), has on their website, "Iraqis Feel War was worth it"

http://www.usatoday.com/news/world/iraq/2004-04-28-poll-cover_x.htm

BAGHDAD — Only a third of the Iraqi people now believe that the American-led occupation of their country is doing more good than harm, and a solid majority support an immediate military pullout even though they fear that as a result they could be in greater danger, according to a new USA TODAY/CNN/Gallup Poll.

4. CNN
They're in a "no-win" position. Even the most neutral headline is viewed as negative (read liberal spin) by the right. If a headline doesn't reflect a pro-Bush, pro-War spin, it is considered "liberal bias." So...they kowtow to the right, resulting in headlines like this. The media cave in to the conservative agenda continues.

5. yeah, they turned to shite when Turner left
All they can think of doing is trying to become a Faux News clone. They used to be a respected news outlet. Now we call them Contains No News. They're just the same old corporate media crap that Disney is putting onto ABC, which has been particularly laughable of late with their "medals vs. ribbons" semantics flap.

6. "Iraquis feel war was worth it" is true
It never claimed *a majority* of Iraqis felt that way, it just claimed more than one felt that way.

7. Presently,...the "removal" of Saddam has resulted in massive loss,...
,...of life and liberty and justice.

Why anyone could ever "dream" that an arrogant, power-hungry, greedy lot like this bunch of scoundrels were capable of delivering a "democracy" they clearly abhor,...well,...don't call this left-leaning, true compassionate,...a "dreamer"!!!!

8. Sovereignty means US get out!
There is no freedom for Iraq when the occupation continues. Don't buy the lies about "sovereignty" on 6/30. It's ridiculous lies of the worst sort.

9. Good enough for me. Let's go home.
There is no face to save. We are faceless. We are covered in slime. We won't wash it off with blood.

We tried that in Viet Nam. The Vietnamese are pretty amazingly forgiving. Iraqis are not.

The freepers and even many Republicans and Democrats will feel the shame. We SHOULD be ashamed. Other nations have admitted their faults. It would be damned nice if we could.

10. Read the poll resutls on CNN
http://i.a.cnn.net/cnn/2004/WORLD/meast/04/28/iraq.poll/iraq.poll.4.28.pdf

Do you think the coalition invasion of Iraq has done more harm or more good?

More harm: 46%
More good: 33
The same: 16

Is Iraq better off...

Much better off: 11%
Somewhat better off:31
About the same: 17
Somewhat worse off: 24
Much worse off: 15

Are current attacks against coalition forces justified?

Cannot be justified at all: 25%
Cannot be justified, somewhat: 22
Can be sometimes justified, sometimes not: 22
Can be justified somewhatL 17
Can be justified completely: 13

For the math challenged, that's a majority in favor of the attacks on coalition forces.

More along this line at the link.

Winning hearts and minds by the bucket ful.

11. Interesting how the different originations write it completely differently
I mean - there's your proof. Or rather, just more proof. CNN will spin it as favorably as possible to the White House. The same poll, by partner organization USA Today, writes it up from a slightly different angle.
