THORNBURY - U.S. Sen. Rick Santorum was greeted with boos and turned backs Saturday while giving a commencement speech at Cheyney University, a historically black college.

"I know my selection as commencement speaker was not met with unanimous approval," Santorum said.

While most of the master's degree candidates remained seated, more than half of the graduating undergraduates stood and faced away from the senator in silent protest.

So Rick thinks it's a good idea not to bring anything positive to share with the graduating students, and instead, starts telling them what scum people their age are, unless they are like Santorum's neighbors.
