BBC: Iraq weapons 'unlikely to be found'
Senior figures inside Whitehall no longer believe weapons of mass destruction are likely to turn up in Iraq, the BBC has learned.
BBC political editor Andrew Marr says "very senior sources" have virtually ruled out the possibility of finding weapons in Iraq.

1. Why not plant some?
I know Michael Ruppert says he'll discuss this in his next update, but why doesn't some shadowy part of the US/UK/etc. government go ahead and plant some if they don't exist? Biological ones shouldn't be hard to get over there.

Anyone have a theory? If they got caught the fallout would be too bad?

2. they wont plant because.....
If they did there would be calls for Blix and the UN inspection teams to verify the find. They could spot a scam easily, so just not finding them at all is better than being caught trying to plant them.

3. Are Blair's days numbered?
It seems like Blair is really taking a pounding with the BBC. Unlike the US, GB still appears to have a real media. I once had respect for Blair but he has zero credibility since he decided to sell out his principles and hinge is fortunes on the Chimp's coatails.

4. how long...
There was a letter in yesterdays Chicago Tribune, saying "mark my words, they will find WMD and an Iraq-al Qaeda connection."

So I clipped the letter and am keeping it in my wallet. Hell, the guy asked that I "mark his words".

I'm gonna put the letter on a website or something, and after a certain time, contact "Tony" and ask him how he thinks the hunt is going.
