Frist’s son stopped for alleged DUI in Princeton

Police said officers pulled over William Harrison Frist, Jr.’s 1999 Chevy outside one of Princeton University’s eateries on Prospect Street at 1:35 a.m. for making an illegal pass.

After a field sobriety test, police said, the university sophomore was found to be driving under the influence of alcohol.

Police said Frist was legally drunk, but not belligerent.

He’s also a member of the S.A.E. fraternity and is the University Student Government’s U-Council’s representative for the Class of 2006.

This would be a convenient way out of a potential draft: convicted of a felony (DUI) and thus can't serve! Oh well!
