U.S. Iraq Military Deaths - 875 U.S. service members have died

As of Friday, July 9, 875 U.S. service members have died since the beginning of military operations in Iraq (news - web sites) last year, according to the Defense Department. Of those, 651 died as a result of hostile action and 224 died of non-hostile causes.

Jim Lehrer gives numbers, but CNN & MSNBC seem to have decided this is no longer newsworthy.

5. CNN says 882 US 1002 total.
Wow CNN is actually a head of lunaville. Ether way it all sucks. Shame on those cowards on the hill for placing blame on 1 out of 15 agencies and putting off the real crimes on Bush till after the election. Shame on them - I wish them real bad things.
