1. Forget the Republican's screeching histrionics . . .

Kerry got a solid 5-7 point bounce. I think the * party's convention will be the one to show us the meaning of "negative bounce".

Plan A: Bush wins the 2004 election

Plan B: Due to national security concerns, the 2004 elections are postponed... indefinitely.

I think the Bushies were waiting to see what happened at the Dem convention before deciding whether Plan A was still viable. It's not, they know it, and Plan B is probably already in effect. The lock down in New York will get stronger, then spread.

10. Well this is odd

Kerry is ahead on every issue, 2 - 19 pts, except terrorism. Yet people don't know where he stands on the issues??? That doesn't compute at all. Why would you prefer one guy over the other if you didn't know where the first guy stands? Especially by 19 pts?

12. That's an 8 point net bounce; went from 48-46 Bush up to

50-44 Kerry up. In my book that is a net bounce of 8 points for Kerry. Not too shabby, particularly with the small number of undecided voters. That means Kerry essentially took 4% away from Bush.
