Osama Calling for Qaeda Attacks - Pakistan Sources

ISLAMABAD (Reuters) - Osama bin Laden has called for attacks on targets in the United States and Britain, Pakistani intelligence sources said on Wednesday, but it was not clear if his appeal was accompanied by more detailed orders.
The sources, who spoke on condition of anonymity due to the sensitivity of the subject, played down a report on Wednesday in the Washington Times that a tape from bin Laden may surface soon that would act as a signal for planned attacks to be launched.

The newspaper, citing U.S. intelligence officials, said al Qaeda would target an American or foreign leader either within the United States or abroad.

Well, this may be the start of our big October surprise, courtesy of BushCo.

and more than a little coincidental, how the security alerts and news stories like this are on the rise as the election draws near. As always, those anonmymous sources are putting out "credible" yet "nonspecific" information.

It's almost surreal where we've ended up in four short years.

We supposedly know so much about what these guys are planning, yet we have no clue where they are or how to stop them, so we're reduced to just saying 'Look out!'.

or "Usama" as the U.S. government spells it, if he is even yet alive (debatable, considering his well-documented kidney disease), still works for "us" IMHO.

(I'm not part of the 'us'; but I do live under "their" system here in the U.S. Maybe that's why they call him "Usama." For whom he works is hidden in plain view.)

It's probably more of an example of the stupidity of the american media in mistranslating the name. Remember when we had to change all of our pronunciation of Chinese names and cities?

outing of our new mole probablytook the heat off of Osama-Usama yet again...like when bushco diverted the most highly trained troops in Afghanistan to send them on a wild wmd chance in Iraq. It is clear that they either do not want to catch him or want to wait until Nov1st.

Who's Al Qaeda working for? The only groups Al Qaeda helps are BushCo, the rich corporate world (of which OBL is one) and Israel
