I had not heard of her until now. I read her bio and am just in awe of her! Case in point:

"When snows between Cumberland, Maryland and Washington threatened to delay her arrival in February of 2000 , she cross-country skied 100 miles along the old C&O Canal tow path (she is a lifelong skier.)"

And she's one of us!

But she also has Joe Trippi (sp), and his internet fund raising technics (see Howard Dean).
When introduced to those who don't know her, she will also have their hearts and perhaps purse strings.

Not to mention, the media is infatuated with her.
