GRID grills Bush in near Cleveland

CLEVELAND - Greens, Independents, Democrats and Republicans (GRID) gathered under the John Kerry banner Saturday morning at a restaurant near Cleveland to grill the sitting president.

The GRID Coalition claims its organization includes people who consider the Independents as well as Green Party members, Republicans, and Democrats .

Women's advocate Amy Morton from Macon spoke and vowed to get out Georgia's female vote for Kerry-Edwards, claiming George Bush is incoherent on women's issues.

"We're going to organize Georgia county by county, precinct by
precinct and we're going to target voters who need to get to the polls," Morton said. ..

Intriguing that their group includes Republicans.

Whether they can actually bring themselves to vote for Kerry when they get to the polls is the important issue.
