Gen. says he didn't mean to malign Islam (Boykin)
WASHINGTON -- The three-star U.S. general who made church speeches casting the war on terrorism in religious terms said Wednesday he did not mean to denigrate Islam.

"I'm not anti-Islam, I'm not anti-Allah," Lt. Gen. William Boykin said in an interview broadcast on CBS' "60 Minutes."

Boykin, a senior intelligence official, stirred controversy with speeches he made at evangelical Christian churches. He said that America's enemy was Satan, that God had put President Bush in the White House and that one Muslim Somali warlord was an idol-worshipper.
...
Boykin told CBS he had been misunderstood for saying of a Somali warlord he interrogated in 1993, "I knew that my God was a real God and his was an idol." The general said the Somali warlord was "not a good Muslim."

"He's a man who worshipped graft, corruption, power and money," Boykin said. "My reference to his God being an idol was not to Allah. My reference was to his worship of corruption, of power, of money."

1. "I'm a Christian, that speaks for itself"
He said this when asked about the "difference" in gods.

11. In other words,
When he was questioned directly if he though "his God" was better than "their God".. He said yes again, without uttering those words. ...the very model of a Bushian general.

3. Pat Robertson, Jerry Falwell, General Boykin...
it's amazing how pragmatic they become when their utterances become controversial.

4. Flip flop, as the election nears, make amends, then when the....
...voters believe the Big Lies and forgive and vote these corrupt bastards back in for another four years, NAZI AMERIKA!!! Don't believe the lying, deceiving bastards. So now Boykin is going to distinguish between a good Muslim and a bad Muslim? Had this man been around in the 1870s I'm sure he would have espoused the phrase, "the only good Indian, is a dead Indian"*

*Indian here meaning the native Americans who lived on and preserved this land thousands of years before the western Europeans came and began their irresponsible exploitation and destruction of this country.

And does Boykin believe his beliefs and what he says he worships make him rise above "...(the) worship of corruption, of power, of money"? Also, when Gen Boykin shows up to give witness to his belief and faith in full military dress and decorations which he so proudly wears after taking a solemn oath to protect and uphold the constitution of the United States of America, before his Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ who stated in his Sermon on the Mount:

5 "And when you pray, you shall not be like the hypocrites. For they love to pray standing in the synagogues and on the corners of the streets, that they may be seen by men. Assuredly, I say to you, they have their reward. 6But you, when you pray, go into your room, and when you have shut your door, pray to your Father who is in the secret place; and your Father who sees in secret will reward you openly. 7And when you pray, do not use vain repetitions as the heathen do. For they think that they will be heard for their many words.
8"Therefore do not be like them. For your Father knows the things you have need of before you ask Him."

Let his remove that U.S military uniform unless he wishes to advance the goals of the United States Army, for whatever credit he assigns to God and his own prayers when in the line of duty and in harms way, he discredits the soldiers, their courage, their bravery and their sacrifices, while advancing his own personal religious agenda.

8. "I'm not anti-Allah, (what was said)
I'm just anti-anybody who believes in Allah, especially if they're brown and don't love murika." (what he meant)

What a drone! I hate him for his freedoms to demonstrate to the world that he's an all-American bible-thumping racist. A real credit to America's armed forces. NOT!
