CAR BOMB KILLS 2 SOLDIERS # 1031&1032 (SEPT 18 2030 CST)

CAR BOMB KILLS 2 SOLDIERS, WOUNDS 8

BAGHDAD, Iraq – Two Task Force Baghdad Soldiers were killed and eight wounded when a vehicle-borne improvised explosive device (VBIED) detonated at approximately 4 p.m. today.

The Soldiers were en route to the blast site of a previous VBIED when a second one detonated. Three vehicles were destroyed in the attack.

The names of the Soldiers killed are being withheld pending notification of next of kin. The injured Soldiers were evacuated to a nearby military medical facility.

The incident is under investigation.

6. No these are the same 2 -- Centcom just decided to come clean
I'll bet a few of the others are "seriously injured"

I only post #'s after I casualties confirms it.

We don't want to be seen as making it any worse than it is. The CHIMPANZEE takes care of that ALL BY HIMSELF.

better than "car bomb"?

Why is "improvised explosive device" better than "bomb"?

This doesn't sound good at all, esp. the one two attack, and
if I'm not mistaken this was the airport road attack?

9. I was just listening to a report last night about the commercial flights
restarting into Baghdad. After a harrowing series of spirals into the airport, the terrified passengers get to run the gauntlet in a bus to the Green Zone. I've got a few people I'd like to send on an all expenses paid vacation to Baghdad.

I pray for the safety of these young men and women in Iraq and for the American people to pick up the clue phone.

The media have evidently decided that Americans killed in action in Iraq is no longer news. Hardly rates a passing mention on TV or in the papers. Disgraceful.

The US president is just in denial; raving like a lunatic about the "progress" in Iraq. I am a Catholic and believe that he will have to account for his sins, starting with his disregard for the First Commandment and ending with the blood of innocents upon his hands.

Today's insurgent after he takes over the Country is tomorrow's elder statesman.

If you are an Iraqi whose mother was just killed by a Paveway LGB they are Freedom Fighters. If you ask the Gold Star Mother of one of the 2 soldiers killed today (above) she will tell you they are terrorists.

If you ask the Halliburton Exec he will probably tell you they are meal tickets to the next BIG CONTACT.

I read another report that put the one attack at 14 wounded thus 14 plus 8 = 22 wounded and 4 killed by aWol.

So the 19 to 22 lost their eyes or their arms or their legs?

In my opinion what is happening now is the most evil thing the world has ever seen. Because of the date, 2004, and the supposed consciousness and humanity of the United States of America. Taken those factors into account, what aWol and Cheney are doing is much worse than anything Stalin, Marcos, Suharta, Khmer Rouge and Nazi Hitler all did combined. I don't see how a true religious person could NOT suspect Bush and Cheney are the disciples of Satan.
