Iran Admits Foreign Help on Nuclear Facility
U.N. Agency's Data Point To Pakistan as the Source

Iran has admitted for the first time that it received substantial foreign help in building a secret nuclear facility south of Tehran that is now beginning to enrich uranium, turning it into a key ingredient in the manufacture of nuclear weapons, according to U.N. documents and diplomatic sources.

While Iran has not yet identified the source of the foreign help, evidence collected in Iran by the U.N. nuclear watchdog agency implicates Pakistani companies as suppliers of critical technology and parts, officials familiar with a U.N. investigation of Iran's program said yesterday. Pakistan is believed by many proliferation experts to have passed important nuclear secrets to both Iran and North Korea. Pakistan has denied providing such assistance.

SY HERSH: No, no. I'm just telling you-- heuristically, I'm just telling you-- I'm telling what I-- my instinct tells me that in a perfect world, if our editor of the world's newspaper, I would-- I would want to look at our-- is Pakistan-- I'd look at Pakistan and Iran, look at Pakistan and-- and Indonesia. Look at Pakistan even and Lebanon. There's a lot of ties that I'm interested in. Are they gonna be spreading nuclear technology into the Muslim world above and beyond their own country?

JANE WALLACE: If we were really going after the people who sponsored al Qaeda, wouldn't we be bombing Pakistan?

SY HERSH: Well, it'd be attacking Pakistan is not like attacking Afghanistan, or Iraq. They have an air force. They have nuclear weapons, of course. They have a-- very strong powerful Army. We're not gonna attack Pakistan. That would be-- that would be an impossible chore. If you said to me, "Are we better off in Pakistan or in Iraq in terms of beating terrorism?" I would say to you-- if you'd asked me that question, I would say, "No question. Let's forget about Iraq and let's focus on Pakistan and start doing-- the money we're gonna spend if we go to war there, even in moving troops, if we tried to use some of that money in-- in positive ways in Pakistan, we might be able to accomplish more than we are right now."

The democratic candidates need to repeat this again and again:

Bush's war on terrorism is a failure. He is targetting the wrong countries.

I have it on the hardrive. Not surprising either that Russia seems to be in a kind of alignment with N.K. as well.

Articles from last year also indicated Russia is involved in Iran's Nukes program. We know they just signed a big energy deal with Saudi Arabia, and to bolster OPEC further Saudi Arabia has also aligned with Iran.

Sy hersh gave the heads up on the transferences between "the paks" and N. korea as evidenced in this interview. And last year (august 2002) three ships sailing from N.Korea were stopped enroute to Yemen I believe it was with arms on board.

The PNACers have now instigated quite the resistance to their diabolical plan to break OPEC (to list one agenda on their list).

We have as per recent articles Iraqi resistances being escalated from Saudia Arabia and Pakestinian. No wonder McCain wants 1/2 million more troops. Looks like the old we're going "in and out" was a locker room play on lets bag her and run. Yeah well the old bitch seems to have other plans!

Another aspect of the US strategy was reported in the turkish press. Did they just think the Arab world would roll over?

And Israel has replaced Russia and Germany, two countries dead set against the US war, in the Iraqi oil bazaar. ...Pakistan was blacklisted because it has failed to sign the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty. Shrub dropped that ban when he buddied up to Pakistan and its military junta prior to the attack on Afghanistan.

Pakistan sent nuclear supplies to N. Korea and received the Nodong missiles on a C-130 military aircraft given by USA to Pakistan after 911!
