Colorado's HAVA compliance director. You would expect this guy to be a rock, somebody who will ensure fair, equal access for all voters without favor or prejudice.

You therefore expect him to not be a stone-cold racist, right?

7. I think it's the Help America Vote Act
Passed by Congress in response to the 2000 debacle.

Supposed to be an improvement on the earlier "motor voter" act to make registration easier.

I think this individual is probably a political appointee/employee in the CO secy of state's dept with responsibility for implementing HAVA.

And also a stupid fuck.
