4. Sinclair needs to be investigated for securities fraud
It appears that a lot of insider "put" trading was going on right before and just after they announced their hare-brained scheme to force their affiliates to run the Swift Liars' movie. As a result, a few of the fatcats are reaping big profits from the ignominious decline of their company.

If Martha Stewart can do five months for the crime of not keeping her facts straight, then the board of Sinclair can certainly do the Jailhouse Rock for a while.

5. It's too bad I didn't buy any...
there WILL be an SEC complaint- my only regret is that I didn't make the complaint to the SEC.

They don't take kindly to this kind of stuff.

6. You don't need to, really
Corporations are part of the economic life of our nation. When a big, powerful corporation like Sinclair plays as fast and dirty as they have, it hurts all of us.

The practice of writing polite, well-reasoned letters to one's senators, representatives, and other highly-placed government officials is always in good taste and welcomed by conscientious public servants.

But just between you and me, Rick Santorum must hate my guts by now! :)

7. Why are they reporting earnings so late?
the quarter ended 9-30, right? Everybody reports in October.

Maybe they need more time to make sh@# up?
