1. There is no constitutional right to be on a ballot
Anybody is welcome to run for president, but there is no right to be on a ballot.

The Supreme Court shouldn't hear this, just like they shouldn't have heard Gore v. Bush

4. What's the deal with continuing???
Nader campaign spokesman Kevin Zeese called the decision "disappointing" and said Nader would continue to appeal decisions made on the state level, even after the election.

I don't understand. Why would he want to continue this AFTER the election? The guy is 70 now, I think, so by the time 2008 gets here, won't he be too old to do this junk?

election fiasco. Trying to make up to the People for what they did the last time I think bush disappoints them now.
