03/11/2004 17:32 - (SA)

Baghdad - US President George W Bush's victory is crucial to Iraq's recovery, said US contractors and officials here, worried that challenger John Kerry would derail reconstruction efforts with the same indecisiveness critics claim has plagued his political career.

"If you listen to his rhetoric - wrong war, wrong time, wrong place," Kerry's assurances that he would resolve the situation in the country are hard to believe, said a US government employee who gave him name only as Greg.

>snip<

"I'm sceptical about Kerry ... because of his record, the way he has flip-flopped," said another American, working inside Baghdad's heavily fortified Green Zone, where the US embassy is located.

more money for them and other big corporations who depend on wars to make a profit.

They have an election in a couple of months as well as a lunatic to put on trial.

We can't cut and run.

9. bush has further genocide to commit against the Iraqi people.
Fallujah to be wiped out next.

After all, the Iraqis have only lost 100,000 people and that's only the equivalent of 1 million Americans.

And we have to make a good showing next to Saddam; sure we've only found 5000 remains in those mass graves, but before invasion bush said there were 300,000 remains over Hussein's 24 years' rule.

So far we've only killed 1/3 that amount in 18 months. Can't let Hussein beat America!

12. Woah..... I liked that.... "Can't let Hussein beat America!", oh don't
worry.... he would have to go a long long way... and it aina gonna happen... I like how all of a sudden the Iraqis are being referred to as "terrorists" once again.. almost as if by magic.

Over the last several months the media had the decency (if I can call it that) to refer to them as insurgents and so forth... not anymore, the rigged election is over.

When I say rigged btw... I don't necessarily mean that the machines cheated in any way, however I would not be the least little bit surprised... when I say rigged, I mean the minds of the American voters were rigged with the despicable, exaggerated, and mean spirited ads shrubco put on the airwaves.

The election was rigged because people STILL TO THIS DAY have in the back of their minds that Iraq and 911 were tied, and that wmd was found in Iraq. The election was rigged in the minds of the easily misled the terminally fearful, and the perpetually lied to. (hope that's a sentence) :)

11. My Brother in Law, the marine, voted for Bush

He's done one tour at the base outside Fallujah. Has to do another 6-8 month stint early next year.

Okay. Vote for more pain and heartache for your family. Congrats.

And when it blows apart your guts, I hope you realize you might be alive and back in the States if Kerry had won the election.
