Lawyers for the John Kerry campaign are on what they call a fact-finding mission in Ohio, where the Democratic candidate lost by 136,000 votes.

The lawyers don't plan to challenge the election results but they want to make sure all of the estimated 155,000 provisional ballots cast Nov. 2 are counted, the Cleveland Plain Dealer said.

The official canvass of ballots by the state Board of Elections begins Saturday and Ohio's secretary of state won't certify the results until early December.

because it is so unlikely. They're stealing elections, not winning them, and until we get rid of our fucked up voting systems, they will continue to steal them. You won't see a Democrat in the White House again unless we get rid of paperless voting.

you know, Democratic leadership's been quiet....they knew they had until December 3 to contest Ohio. Concede gracefully, ride out the Fallujah storm and hang our hats on a "fact-finding mission", vaildating it as a means of shutting up the bloggers and conspiracy theorists......and then oops! look what we found, mistake after mistake.

maybe that's a good sign, at least they're still in the game. interesting very few other outlets seem to be picking up on this story.

to find the votes needed to call fraud and file a criminal case. ....about time.......Would not a President Kerry be an Improvement over the Bush Crime Family Lackys.
