Of course ... the expos-facto sucking up trip isn't having the desired results.

I wonder what other US policies will fail to work, after everyone already hates us?

2. "Modest"? more like Tiny.

Total of $5.2 million from the EU, or about $400,000 from each country (give or take a few Euro). Just listening to the BBC and they used the word "tiny." The US plans to spend $5.7 Billion on training the Iraqis so the EU will contribute .09%!!! This is nothing!!
