Waterbury will be the backdrop for a public television program airing nationally tonight that examines Congress' current effort to overhaul the nation's bankruptcy laws.
NOW, the weekly newsmagazine on public television stations, will examine Congress' current attempt to protect businesses from those who use current bankruptcy laws to avoid paying their debts. The program will air on many PBS stations at 9 p.m., and on Connecticut Public TV at 10:30 p.m.
