1. Yes, I posted an article from the Chosun Ilbo, a S. Korean paper,
last week....seems the S. Koreans do not want to be in an "exclusive" alliance with the U.S. They want to be able to form relationships with other partners. They are pretty fed up with us, that's for sure!
