Randi v. The Right

Matt Drudge has summoned the right-wing attack machine on Air America and Randi Rhodes for an irresponsible skit that aired the other day (Rhodes says she hadn’t heard the bit before it ran, and wouldn’t have aired it if she had).

Certainly it’s not the first time that political radio has crossed the line – here’s the difference. In Randi’s case, she took to the air the very next day and apologized, not just to listeners who might have taken offense, but to the Secret Service and to President Bush himself. Air America’s president of programming Jon Sinton also released a statement calling the bit in “bad taste.”

Compare that to the behavior of Rush Limbaugh, whose many offensive remarks making light of the abuses at Abu Ghraib (which top analysts say damaged our efforts to fight terrorism and endangered U.S. troops) were widely condemned, even by members of Congress...

7. DUing a poll at FUX...

is like trying to put out a forest fire with a dishcloth. FUX has too many cement heads camping out there, and I wouldn't put it past FUX to put a 20% bias into every poll right from the start.

Screw Sludge, FUX, Limpballs and the rest of the fascist bastards that want an apology. When I hear an apology from Limpballs for 8 years of dragging Bill Clinton around, maybe, MAYBE I'd consider an apology to them.

Why are we always apologizing to these assholes for things that they've done themselves and ten times worse? Screw them and the horses they rode in on.

And for threatening the lives of our nation's judges. And for the abuse and misuse of the military. And for issue false terror alerts to terrorize the nation during the election.
