This seems too good to true (Plame)
If this isn't true, it makes for entertaining reading. If it is true, it is too good to be good -- A real constitutional crisis.
Has anyone heard of Artic Beacon?

3. It's seems a bit far fetched
Skolnick claims a ‘true bill’ has been voted by the grand jury, indicting Bush and others for perjury and obstruction of justice, as well as naming U.S. Supreme Antonin Scalia and William Rehnquist as un-indicted co-conspirators.

For some reason this guy thinks Fitzgerald is investigating the election as well?

4. love for it to be true, but I'll wait for monday's newsweek before I get
too excited.

it would be more than great, if true.
Therefore, it cannot be. If it was true, BFEE would shut it down before it got even this far, I fear.

still, it was nice to read. gives one hope, false hope or no.

5. Given that their areas of interest include 'Alien Presence on Earth'
I'm a bit skeptical. I think I'll wait for other sources to confirm this before I start sending this out.

(my apologies to any Aliens who may have been offended by this post)

6. Wow, I hope this is true
I don't know much about the site. I have read a couple of articles there in the past, but I don't know how trustworthy it is.

I would be joyfully astonished if this turns out to be true.

8. This is written by the same guy who wrote that garbage for Tom Flocco
I wouldn't give it any better credibility.

(I know, we can always hope.)

10. Has anyone bothered to check the current Newsweek?
The article was posted on Sunday. Monday was yesterday. The current issue, with the damning article, should be on the stands right now.

12. I just went to their web-site..
nothing like this to be found. However, did love this paragraph from an article about Patrick Fitzgerald.

<snip>

Fitzgerald is intentionally keeping reporters and everyone else guessing as to what's really going on in his head. Last week, NEWSWEEK has learned, after Time's Matthew Cooper provided grand-jury testimony on his July 11, 2003, conversation with Karl Rove, Robert Luskin, Rove's attorney, placed a call to Fitzgerald to make sure he didn't need anything more from Rove in light of Cooper's claims. Fitzgerald didn't bite: "We'll get back to you," the prosecutor replied curtly and quickly got off the line.

<snip>

"Hey Fitz, do you need anything more from Karl in light of Cooper's claims?"---Translation: What did Cooper say? How can I help cover it up?"

What a sleazeball!!

11. Don't we wish. . .
I'm wondering about the Chicago Federal Court and a grand jury headquartered there being listed as the venue. Isn't Fitzgerald presenting the Plame case evidence to a grand jury in D.C., where most of it happened?

Any legal types out there, please clarify this.

16. Don't scare me
I've had my heart broken too many times hoping that that moronic fuck gets what he deserves. I'm afraid to get my hopes up too much, but the idea of all those criminals having to pay for what they've done just feels me with such glee!

19. Garbage
Sherman Skolnick said the Gannon thing was going to result in Bush being implicated in a gigantic gay sex ring. That it was only a matter of weeks after Gannon's being identified as an escort.

Skolnick and Flocco make Wayne Madsen look like Seymour Hersh.
