is there are NO checks and balances. FPL says "we spent a zillion dollars on repairs" and PSC allows them a big rate increase. NOBODY checks to see if they really spent that money......

HE IS SAVORING A POSSIBLE BID FOR THE WHITE HOUSE POST 2008 AND DREAMING ABOUT ALL THE DONATIONS (PAY BACK MONEY) ALL THESE CORPORATE BENEFICIARIES OF FPL WILL MAKE TO HIS CAMPAIGN..
