Look who's moving away from Bush

So now the Republicans have a new strategy. Afraid of the upcoming mid-term elections in November, they are now distancing themselves from President George W. Bush.

Are these not the same Republicans who, after 9/11, were telling people to trust the president? Are these not the same Republicans who said the president is always right, and American people have to support him no matter what?

Are these not the same Republicans who said that whatever the president does is in the "best interests of the country"?

No matter that Bush lied about going to war over weapons of mass destruction, catered to business at the expense of the American worker, cut out large chunks of the social safety net budget and froze with inaction at the greatest natural disaster to hit America in nearly a century.

If those same Republicans in Congress can now see through this administration, then hopefully, come November, so will the American voters.
