North Korea to Washington: Love Us

The South Korean government now says it does not see a North Korean missile launch as being imminent. The North itself hints that it is just looking for attention and dialogue with Washington. Experts in the region agree that Pyongyang has everything to lose if it tests a missile for the first time since 1998.
