TOP TEN THINGS TO LOOK FOR IN THE GOP MOURNING-AFTER
As Jane Hamsher points out, The New York Times reports on some positive signs for the Dems in the upcoming midterms. So assuming current trends continue, what are some of the things we can look for in the GOP Mourning-After?:

10. The GOP wailing like a stranded white trash traveler on an OnStar commercial.

9. The Republican National Committee suing Diebold for breach of contract.

8. Democratic investigations of GOP corruption results in release of “Swindler’s List.”

7. Desperate for any new Iraq strategy, Republicans reject “stay the course” in favor of “Trojan Horse.”

6. After taking a beating like Custer, the GOP now finds “religion” in the filibuster.

2. IF the democrats
win back both houses there is no doubt one thing will happen:

"Conservatives" will blame the "majority" democrats for everything commencing the morning of 8 November; from the war in Iraq to the deficit, to gays, to stem cell research. The hate will commence immediately.

6. In reality
I expect every close race to be challenged in court. The GOP will cry "Election fraud!" They tied things up in Washinton State last election and I fully expect to see more and more of that.

Talk about irony.
