As written, the law would end more than three decades of Iraq's nationalized oil industry. It would give 10-year exploration and development rights to foreign oil companies � at least those willing to start drilling in a country where hundreds of contractors have been killed and pipelines are regularly blow up.

2. Yep. Stay the oil. It all makes sense when you know this is the real plan.

There's been a plan all along: Destabilize the middle east so there will be no governments left to stop the multinational oil companies from emptying the oil fields.

No one to negotiate with, no one to get permits from, cut checks to, make friend with. It's get in and steal. No foreplay. Nothing.

Take it. Too bad those brown infidels had the bad misfortune of being born over our oil.
