Libby didn't leak Plame name

In a July 9 letter, William Winkelmann stated that Scooter Libby, Vice President Dick Cheney's former chief of staff, was a "leaker of national intelligence," a reference to the Valerie Plame scandal. Libby, however, did not leak her identity to journalist Robert Novak. The universally acknowledged and undisputed source of the leak was former Deputy Secretary of State Richard Armitage.
Libby is guilty of perjury and obstruction of justice, but he is not guilty of revealing Plame's name to the public.

This doofus obviously isn't paying attention to the news and doesn't realize that Scooter got caught handing out our national secrets to Judith Miller of the New York Times. I wrote a response to the paper explaining Mr. Yang's ignorance and what the facts are. Hopefully they will print my fact checked letter.
