The ADL and its ilk reserve their real venom for a beast like Dennis Prager -- a leading Jewish intellectual, author and radio talk show host. Last year, Prager made the manifestly obvious point that the first Muslim congressman, Keith Ellison, should take his oath of office not on a Quran, but on a Bible, in recognition of "the value system (that) underlies American civilization." How about having Tim Russert ask Hillary if she believes the New Testament is the perfection of the Old Testament? She claims to be a Christian. Let's get it on the table: Is she or isn't she? It doesn't get any more bare-bones than that. who is her editor? Who let her bring THAT back up? Did she drink them under the table and rush this off for printing? I try to read a variety of columnists, but I find it hard to even finish one of her columns lately. I didn't make it through the one you're referring to.

I think she used to be relevant, and a good signpost for where the Right was going. But lately, she seems to have gone into hyper-space in terms of her vitriol and disgust for all things left.

Coulter is an empty shell of a woman who needs to feed off of others in order to feel alive. She is a fairly skilled predator, I will give her that. She has talent for finding just the right words to knock independently thinking people off their center, and fool them into doubting themselves. I am continually amazed, however, that she is even given a microphone or a publisher. Predators like this need to be starved of the dignity of our response, while we remain aware of this type of behavior.
