A better way to run primaries?
This man's proposal sounds really good. He thinks one primary for the whole country only benefits the one with the best fund-raising. Instead, he proposes 4 primaries with the least populous states voting first in March and the most populous states voting in the last one in June. 12 or 13 states would vote at a time. It seems that it would keep more candidates in the running longer.

What do you all think?
