1. He may know the "crap"... but his message is more than that.
He's saying that she's a scrappy fighter with presence, and that even though she's pro-life, she can win the moderate women's vote.

Now, I think there's a difference between moderate women in ALASKA and moderate women around the country. But we'll see.

Reading this article convinces me that the McCain/Palin ticket has amazing potential, and we have to stick to the walk-and-talk plan of carrying Obama's positions and message to others by word of mouth.

Hope no one was planning on relaxing...

2. I doubt anyone is planning on relaxing
but I have much more hope today than I did yesterday!

"Palin scored off the charts with well educated moderate and liberal women."

It's not just that those were Alaskan women.

Many of the well educated, moderate and liberal women she faces to day found themselves foreclosed on, in upside down mortgages, or in one way or another much worse off than we were even 2 years ago.

That also was before she became Sarah Palin, believer that contraception is abortion and should be outlawed...and mother to teen unwed mother.

That was also before video of her bizarre interviews were going viral on a national scale, and her lies were being scrutinized by internet-saavy opponents.

Also, that was before we all learned that Obama's team pre-vetted first and got the goods on her and that McCain's team never pre-vetted is too late to scrub her record of abuse of power, nepotism and corruption.

Palin's voice will be obscured by the chaos that erupts when 2 mavericks have broken loose from the herd.
