Will Bush, Cheney and Rumsfeld be prosecuted for war crimes?

Despite the fact that Obama has reiterated several times that he intends to look forward rather than look back, it seems there is finally some good news about the investigation of war crimes committed by the Bush administration.

2. No joke

There's definite evidence that SOMEONE will prosecute them. The ACLU, or the UN, or another country, or the house judiciary committee will. I predict here for the record that it's going to happen.
