Why We Should Oppose Potential Nomination of Sotomayor to SCOTUS
The Republicans will come up with many stupid reasons to oppose the nomination of 2nd Circuit Judge Sonia Sotomayor to SCOTUS, and Barack Obama, by all accounts, has Sotomayor as a leading candidate. All of the Republican reasons for opposing Sotomayor will be bogus, but there is one strong reason for opposing her candidacy, despite that she would be the first Latina on the SCOTUS.
