It's a long, long list of banks all over the country, including which ones have repaid.

2. At least there is one answer to the constant DU refrain
of "why didn't they just hand out the cash to us?"

They would not have received a good chunk of it back had they done so, as they have been repaid (to absolutely no DU fanfare or even acknowledgment) by many of the banks who received the biggest payments.

Thanks for including that nugget. Wonder if good ol' Main Street GM will repay?
