Where the fuck whee you people while Bush/Cheney were shredding the Constitution, lying us into an illegal war that is killing thousands of our troops and turning a surplus into a huge debt before crashing the economy?

Oh yeah, sitting home on your propaganda fed asses waving your little America #1 flags and "support the troops" ribbons and calling those of us telling you all this shit was going to happen "Traitors" and "Terrorist Supporters"

Well, unfortunately - you were wrong. On every bit of it. So now you're all kicking and screaming like a bunch of two year olds because a black guy is in the White House trying to clean up the disaster that "conservative" policies always leave behind. Always, read a history book or 2 sometime. Meanwhile, sit down and shut the fuck up while we're trying to fix this mess you left us - the grown ups are in charge again and we'll get things set right like we always do.

And while you're pouting in the corner - take a few minutes to think about some things for once. This isn't some football game where "your side wins and the other side loses". It's our Country. Go on and pass this around to your mailing list, all the people who send you this crap that you pass on to me day in and day out. Put my email address on it so they can whine directly to me if they take offense at it. But they won't, they're bullies and bullies only know how to act when people are intimidated by them. No, they'll cower in the corner and whine to one another until the next 'smear Obama' email comes through to their inbox, they'll piss all over themselves with giddy joy over their next "ah ha" moment and hit that Forward button with almost orgasmic delight.

Yes, that's how disgustingly sick I think these people are now - and if you keep forwarding all this bullshit to me, I'm going to have to put you in that category as well. I've told you repeatedly not to send this crap to me and to take a few minutes when you get it to actually look up the facts for yourself and find out the lies they're telling you. If there would have been an Internet in 1960, there would have been shit mailed out about Kennedy. Obama, like his predecessors, is merely human and the symbol of the system that's in power. Get over it. Maybe you're getting this stuff in the mail because those who send it to you knows it will yank your chain. I don't recall any "smear stuff" against ANY President that equals what the Birthers, the Teabaggers, and the Town Hallers are spouting. I don't recall anyone calling for a military coup against a sitting President. I don't recall the religious-Right "praying" for the death of a sitting President?

My friends and family know how I feel - yet many of them continue to email me their right-wing crap. That's the thing about right-wing lunatics; they think that everyone agrees with them and refuse to accept that they constitute an outdated and obsolete belief system.

my older brother and I politely disagree on a couple of issues, but it's not this contact sport that seems to be the current mindset of so many.

And with my dad, well, let's just say I've gotten to see every email out there with any sort of racial slight to the Obama's. He's an odd man in some ways - loves my partner to death (we've been together over 10 years now) but will still forward every gay joke without thought to which are funny and which are offensive. Love him dearly, which is why he can still drive me bonkers.

I had a co-worker that after many requests to be removed from his mailing list to no avail, i started rebutting by using reply all to his crap emails with actual facts, snopes, etc. telling him only the ignorant will believe and spread this crap as they are the minions of the fear based GOP, and express my shock that someone in his position (hes a professor) would be a part of spreading ignorance. It took a few times of calling him out in front of all his peers for him to stop including me. The right wing just hate facts.

Send it to his whole damned list.

... so I would reply (reply all) with a bloody and disturbing picture of civilian casualties. With each new BS email, the pics got bloodier and more disturbing. They stopped sending me stuff quickly.
