Free speech for Al-Qaida? (Detroit Free Press)
... A corporation is a legal charter inside of which people conduct business. People also conduct business inside of office buildings, so should office buildings also have the same free speech rights as people?

The ramifications of this ruling are truly frightening. Nothing’s to stop some North Korean corporation from spending huge sums of cash to defeat a congressional candidate who advocates for a stronger US foreign policy stance against North Korea. Nothing’s to stop a Japanese corporation from spending huge sums to defeat a US Senator who backs tariffs on Japanese-manufactured vehicles that are streaming into our country. As bad as our campaign finance system is now, it’s about to get a whole lot worse.

Welcome to the new America - where foreign-owned corporations have a greater voice in your government than you do. Is there anyone besides the five justices on the Supreme Court who actually agrees with this ruling?

1. Bet the Supremes Didn't Think About That
or maybe they think some miracle will prevent foreign agents from exploiting this massive loophole created for their corporate agents...special treatment for some, that's their plan.
