Obama appeals to American public as Congress seeks debt solution

... you know, Obama would be getting more response from the public, if from the very beginning of these Deficit Reduction talks, he had always included in every statement on Deficit Reduction something like the following:

"No Deficit REduction plan is complete UNLESS it includes steps to stimulate economic growth and job creation NOW. We must remain committed to rebuilding our economy from the devastation of the Trickle Down Disaster caused by Republican policies of regressive taxation and deregulation. Any effort to reduce the Public Debt must include provisions to stimulate job creation so we can build our way out of this REPUBLICAN DYSTOPIA. Without efforts to stimulate job creation any Public Debt reduction plan is ignoring an essential part of the equation to reducing public debt - a growing, jobs creating economy."

EVERY Time he made a statement about Public Debt reduction he should have also mentioned the necessity of stimulating the economy to support growth and increased job creation as necessary components of repairing and rebuilding our economy to dig ourselves out of the REPUBLICAN DYSTOPIA.

Democrats have not stated enough that Public Debt reduction is a necessary long term issue to deal with. A separate issue is the need to have deficit spending NOW to stimulate the economy to get out of the REPUBLICAN DYSTOPIA we are now in.
