Scandal keeps Genkai reactors idle

Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry Yukio Edano says the government won't allow Kyushu Electric Power Co. to fire up two reactors at its Genkai nuclear plant amid a scandal involving an attempt by the utility to misrepresent public opinion regarding the restart....

BTW Edano's family home is just a few miles away from the Fukushima plant - his parents cannot return.
