When will the terror alert turn white (as in Caucasian)?

I'm waiting for Rumsfeld to start telling us that al Qaeda has started recruiting white middle class Americans.
Then they can start with show-trials Mc Carthy-style and purges Stalin-style (already started at the CIA).
Or maybe my imagination is just running wild.
Like this isn't too far fetched http://edition.cnn.com/2004/US/12/09/terrorist.laser.ap/index.html !
