I lost it and cried. Went through on how Bin laden's older brother funded *'s first oil venture that found no oil. The gist of it is the Bin laden and * connection. I lost it when they went into AWOL and they had a Veteran crying in hatred of *' top gun stunt when he had friends who died. They played 15 min. on KPFA Pacifica radio. They have it for sale. (BUSH FAMILY dynasty audio documentry)

I'm sending a letter to my brother that we are no longer, he has lost a brother!

4. Much like brother’s spite ways in the civil war,
history has repeated itself in this idealogical civil war.
Along with his family. Him and his wife are paralyzed in blind unquesting apathy and support of the * junta. No matter what I say to them I get the angrly reply he is giving us a tax break.

"The average man follows not reason but faith and this naive faith requires necessary illusions, and emotionally potent oversimplification by the myth maker to keep him on course." (Chomsky quoting Reinhold Niebuhr)

5. It's strange how it is intolerable in a brother.
I have friends who support Bush. We just don't talk about it. With my brother it prevents us from talking about anything.

2. The Truth hurts
At least you didn't hide your head in the sand like most folks do. You can handle it. You must. There may not be anything you can do today, to bring justice forward, but there will come a time when you can. Until then...just keep keeping on. Peace

6. don't cut family ties...
....I beg you. Keep in harmony with your family even if it means no discussion of politics. We all need family more than ever.

7. Beforeathought...
send him this vid and see what he says. I agree, cutting family ties should be a last resort. (Iknow, I've been there.)

9. Bush has you crying and now you will let him take your brother too?
Sorry but it's not worth it. This situation is pretty much out of our control. We have to do what we can where we can and then wait for other forces to intervene...and hopefully prevail against the powerful, monied * backers.

There's no guarantee that this will happen. If it does, that's all the better but if not, then you lose both your brother and to Bushco.

Bush is not worth it.

10. Send him a copy of the tape, after Symbolman's awesome clip.
Both seem to be heartwrenching, and therefore opening. You need to heal with your brother, but you also need to have him understand where you are right now. At the very least, it will inspire a dialogue. Try to show him that your views come from a place of benevolence and compassion, which should not be hard to do with such a visceral and deeply human opening. Give him a day or two after he sees/hears each item to digest it. You don't want him to feel that you are preaching to him, but insist that you need to discuss this.

I didn't talk to my sister for several months after the start of the war, and she missed part of my child's first year. I regret it, and I hope that you and your brother can come to an understanding. My sister understands me very well, as she is also pagan, and deeply spiritual and environmentally-minded: over the last few years she's switched from blinders to rose-colored glasses; but she isn't ready to take them off yet. Some people need longer. Your brother is blood, he's family, and that is nothing less than the foundation of civilization. Lots of luck and good vibes...

11. Forgive him for he knows not what he is doing.
You can't let politics divide your family. For Christ's sake . . . it's just politics. It's like living in Chicago and one brother likes the Cubs and the other brother likes the White Sox. Jesus! It's just fucking politics. Nothing to lose a brother over. Get a grip on reality!
