I was listening to the Peter Werbe show last night. (CA medical marijuana)

Peter was talking about about the medical marijuana law in California.

Basically saying...if the pot is grown in California, and not taken or brought across state lines and smoked in California, legally prescribed and distributed under CA guidelines. It has been ruled by CA courts, that the federal government has no jurisdiction over state law and has no right to interfere with the CA law and CA voters, which voted to pass the much needed medical pot bill into state law.

Now of course these fascist, like Ashcroft, have no respect for states rights and laws (even though ALL republicans lie and pretend they do) and they will continue to stick their nose in any states laws, to force their sick ideology against the will of the voters in any state.

And it doesn't appear to be too difficult For Bush/Ashcroft to lie and challenge the legality of where the pot was grown, consumed, etc…

Still it's going to be difficult for them to do it right now in CA ...unless these fascist fucks win (or steal) the 2004 election...then it's going to be a complete police state in this country anyway.
