Disgruntled employee?
Paul O'Neill, who is worth upwards of $100 million just from what we know his Alcoa stock was worth when he left supposedly feels "sour grapes" over losing a job that pays $171,900 a year?

From the US Treasury's web site:

Question What is the Secretary's salary and how is it paid?

Answer Currently, the Secretary of the Treasury earns $171,900 per year. His salary, and those of all Federal Government employees, are paid out of the General Fund of the Treasury.

2. It's not the money.
It's the power.

3. Conscience?
Revenge? Leverage? Because O'Neill was certainly better of short run by staying quiet. Bushco is good for people like O'Neill.

6. Jeopardy
I'll take 'Revenge' for $100.

Egos. It's not just a DC thing, but it's prevalent there.

4. They're going to try everything in the book....
and somehow they will succeed in making the sheeple "bored" with
the topic. Right now, they're doing the classic: don't refute what
he says...just question his integrity... :eyes:

7. People tend to forget that sour grapes becomes vinegar.
Vinegar can cleanse. :)
