"Human beings are headed into the Cosmos" GWB
Wasn't W around in 69 when we did this? I think we've been to the cosmos. No one home.

13. You got that right
I was tearing my hair out watching those NASA geeks spaze around celebrating the landing of the latest Mars mission. Guess what they found, dirt and rocks on Mars. While they were spilling champagne on each other I was trying to figure out how much all this was costing me I already know what it's worth.

Apparently the Mars mission just didn't get rid of enough tax dollars, so putting a colony on the moon should just about wipe us out.

5. He's just trying to distract people
with something that seem's well kindof nice but will infact bankrupt us even more.....what with his promo for marriage and his space plan we should all be dancing in the streets.

8. Just imagine
He can be the first test pilot for the new space program just like the first chimp in space. He can claim Mars for big oil and have halliburton and kbr headquarters moved there. Lots of opportunities for the current regime out there - as long as they don't come back.

9. If the Rover hadn't worked...
there'd be no talk of going to Mars, it's just a distraction. The media is covering the hell out this non-story.. Oh, yeah, more troops were killed in Iraq, but we're going back to the Moon and then on to Mars!

12. it's just as well Carl Sagan didn't believe in the afterlife!
Otherwise he'd be coming from the dead, and slapping Bush* right now for trying to prop up his popularity by using the space programme ... plus all the disrespect Bush* has shown to scientists (e.g. by dismissing the EPA as "Sticks and Berries").

14. I think GW should be headed back into the cosmos
And take Rummy, Dick, and Asscroft with you.
Oh and don't let the door hit you in the ass on the way out, you worthless turds.
This administration is a stain on humanity. If they had to represent humanity, boy, we'd be fawked.
