Joe Biden
I've had the TV on in the background tonight, and the various news channels keep replaying Joe Biden kicking Wolfowitz's ass. He smacked him down more than once, it was beautiful!

Sweet sweet sweet.

And for a bonus, our old friend John Poindexter was also humiliated today. Yay.

(I'm sure this has already been discussed here today, but I'm on dial-up in a very average hotel in San Diego, and sorting through the pages is painful...I want a law passed that requires high-speed internet access in all hotels!)

1. Wow it's amazing
that Biden removed his mouth from Dumbya's ass long enough to do that. I guess miracles do happen!

3. Biden, Tweety, whoever
I don't entirely trust their motives, but it sure was fun to watch Wolfowitz get slapped like that.

2. Also
they just played a Bush comment about Saudi Arabia that had him stumbling all over his words. Looks like he just went blank for a second, forgot where he was. Funny.

7. biden has always been this way
he was the only one who brought up strom thurmond's racist past at the funeral. you should have seen him at the economic summit on an arab forum with some other arab leaders. he just told it like it is on the israel/palestinian issue. talked about the settlements as being the problem, even directly criticized the arab leaders with him on the panel for their not doing enough to bring change for the better.

5. did you happen to see
the hearing??? it was awesome!!!!! especially the questioning by repug lincoln chafee, r.i. called wolfie on the iraq/al quaida connection, saying it was dishonest and that he had signed the 1998 pnac letter advocating invasion then so that this had been planned for years and not a consequence of 9/11. it should be stored at c-span.com.
