Indiana Governor's race: Emily's List backs State Sen. Vi Simpson!

Indiana Governor's race: Emily's List backs State Sen. Vi Simpson!
Right now - Mitch Daniels has the name recognition.

I heard last week that former (rwingnut) congressman and failed gubinatorial candidate David McIntosh is preparing to start a tv ad campaign BEFORE the current (Nov) elections (I think this is unprecedented in Indiana).

Two Dems running are State Senator Vi Simpson (I volunteered for her first reelection bid back in the late eighties), and former DNC and state party chair Joe Andrews.

The news today - Emily's List backs Simpson. Right now her name recognition is low. This is good news - could help her build name recognition in the upcoming months.

Isn't Emily's List that on-line clearing house where you go if you need a gardener or housekeeper?

at that conservative college/collegetown up north ;-) Comeon down to the little liberal oasis any time! We will greet you with open arms (and make sure you know of things like Emily's list).
