Exactly at what point since September 11, 2001 did this CEASE to the a possibility?

My local rag has an AP piece that says:

"The hijackers may try to calm passengers and make them believe they were on a hostage, not suicide, mission..."

They can spend $4 Billion a MONTH in Iraq but they can't add $1.75 billion to protect us at home. And now we hear that security is being CUT due to lack of funding.

After it's been shown that they ignored repeated warnings, leading to 9/11, don't you think they're trying to cover their asses while keeping everyone scared to death? (Well, most people; I REFUSE to be cowed by these monstrous devils currently running our country into the ground).
