My take on the Saudi dog and pony show....

*Bush classifies segments of 9/11 report citing "national security" issues.
*It's revealed classified segments are concerning the Saudi Royal Family connection to 9/11
*Saudi Royal Family feeling the heat of public disclosure of complicity roll into propaganda mode and immediately "announce" they want a meeting with Bush
*Knowing full well in advance that Bush (i.e. oil business partner)will not declassify an incriminating report, Saudi's are free to declare publicly that they had no connection to 9/11.
*Saudi's go home content that propaganda campaign was successful
*Bush Liars Club spins the event as a victory by "standing up to" and "protecting national security" from the Saudi disclosure request.
*Both Saudi Royal Family and Bush Royal Family have a common interest in keeping damaging reports secret.
*Bush - nonchalant attitiude in pre-9/11 domestic security, business connections with Saudi Royal Family, fear of American public outrage of Bush-Saudi's conducting business at the expense of national security. Saudi's- funded Muslim terrorist groups for domestic "payoff" to stave off internal strife, business connections with "infidel" Americans (Bush).
