10. do NOT urge DUers to "vote again and again"
We are NOT freepers and we do NOT want to sink to their slimy, cowardly behavior.

11. Oh, come on
I can play the slimy, cowardly game as well as any Freeper, and even better.

14. I agree. IF I thought the game was being played fair..
I would not encourage multiple votes, but have no doubt the same is being done against us.

17. It isn't garbage, it's making the best of a flawed, bigoted and unfair pol
poll. (Why does the subject line run out of room at completely arbitrary places???)
sheesh

16. Well, if the poll -does- allow multiple votes, I have no problem fighting
fire with fire. In such case, the poll is meaningless, but whichever way it goes, if the results they get don't match what they (obviously) want, they're either stuck with them or dump the thing altogether.

You can hire someone to give you an airplane ride during which you toss out a million dollar bills hoping only your friends pick them up. If it doesn't work out that way, it's tough titties.

24. Check your "cookies"...
Short of comparing screen names, I think that's about the only way they can tell if you already voted.

But I think that a lot of decent people online have wandered over to vote and maybe they aren't all friends of DUers. Fear of homosexuals tends to go with lower education and lower income, and internet use tends to go with better education and higher income. It's really a "selected" sort of population when you think about it.

Now if only I knew the relationship between education, internet use, and voting behavior, we'd have something!

18. What a tragic waste
of your precious time. Click click click. Pathetic.

You should be leafleting in the real world!

Organizing with people. Raising hell.

Meeting, while there is still freedom left to taste.

Demonstrating, raising hell. In the street.

Getting at people who don't have any Internet!

Here is an example of constructive real world actions:

22. If 'we' go and vote in a poll.............
Edited on Mon Jan-26-04 02:32 AM by BigDaddyLove
that is on a website that you characterize as a 'scary right-wing anti-gay' site, and then by doing so skew the poll so it doesn't reflect the views of the people who actually visit the site, what good will it do?

Anyone who goes to www.traditionalvalues.com on a regular basis, probably isn't going to vote for a candidate who supports same-sex marriage anyhow.

I just don't see the point......why fuck with them? Let them have their websites and their opinions; just like we have ours.
