need artist for deadly "weapons program" gaffe

We all suspected by now that it has been beaten into Bush's head repeatedly that he is to always use the phrases "Weapons of Mass Destruction program" and "Weapons program" rather than "Weapons of Mass Destruction", "WMD's", or "Weapons".

Today's gaffe removed all doubt:

Bush: "I want to remind you, he actually used his weapons program on his own people at one point in time, which was pretty tangible evidence."

Any artists in DU? Can anyone make a cartoon out of this amazing concept?

OMG, I am laughing my head off. It shows, so perfectly, how he cannot handle conceptualizing. He used a WMD program on his people!

Also funny is the fact that he calls this tangible evidence when in fact it is intangible.

You would think that after his gaffe about the UN inspectors not being let in that they would put a tighter rein on him but I'm thinking they've pretty much just given up and are just letting him babble his fool head off now.
